Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the banking process may take an additional 3–5 business days to complete, depending on your bank's processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
