Order Processing
At Cairona, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with details on how to monitor the status of your shipment.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We offer various shipping options within the United States to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. The following shipping options are available:

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. When reaching out, please include your order number and photos of the damaged items, if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as
